Department of Agriculture Engineering

The application technology for the development in agriculture is urgently required to make the country self sufficient in food production.

Agriculture engineering department aims to impart quality education to the budding Agriculture engineering for utilization of latest technology in agriculture and related fields. The department has qualified faculty and well equipped labs like surveying and leveling lab, soil science lab, soil mechanics lab, hydrology lab and the workshop.Laboratories are also equipped with latest machines required for agriculture engineering.

It is proposed to develop this department in such a way that it may rise to new standards and establish itself in the field R&D to develop means for farmers to be benefited the most.
